The fee for registering for this site is $10. Payments are handled via PayPal. You may pay with a PayPal account, credit card or eCheck.
  • After completing your payment via PayPal, you will receive an email confirmation from PayPal and PayPal will notify us of the completion of your payment. We will send you an email notice indicating that your registration has been activated.
  • Please note, while this process usually completes within 5 minutes, it can take up to 30 minutes for PayPal to notify us of your payment and for your registration to be activated.
  • If you pay with an eCheck, your payment will not complete with PayPal until funds are received from your bank which can take several days. We try to be aware of pending eChecks and can manually activate your account.

If you encounter difficulty making a payment with a credit card via PayPal, check one of the following:
  • Please double check the data you entered in PayPal's form. If everything is correct, chances are that you actually do own a PayPal account and that your credit card is associated with that PayPal account. If this is the case, then you will only be able to pay with that card by logging into your PayPal account. If this is too much trouble, then just try paying with a different credit card.
  • You may want to pay via credit card, but do not see that option available. Unfortunately, PayPal does not allow direct credit card payments in all cases. Sometimes it is because of your location, or sometimes PayPal might believe by checking your browser's cookies that you actually own a PayPal account. You might try deleting your cookiesto get around this.
  • If PayPal continues to indicate your credit card is invalid, please contact PayPal support.
